Instructor Bio: Kim has always loved stained glass and was signed up for a class about 35 years ago. Well, the class was cancelled due to lack of interest. Fast forward to 2016 a friend was discussing his plans to learn stained glass and finish the projects his wife started but sadly passed on before she could finish them. That nspired Kim to signup for a class at Carroll Community College before retiring from her job of 38 years. She was hooked and it became her passion. Her skills have improved to professional quality over the last nine years. Her Stained glass creations are represented by Off track Art Gallery. She has even started making her own patterns. She loves unique abstract art, lots of color and incorporating vintage plates in her pieces. There is just something about t he sun shining through the beautiful colored glass and the rainbows thrown about the room that makes you happy. You might say, “ Kim Jennings has a real passion for color”
